We met Alice and Jack at Cantley House Hotel in what seems like AGES ago - we had a couple of drinks and chatted excitedly about their wedding plans, and then Covid happened! They were relatively lucky in the grand scheme of things and only had to change their date twice, and in this time, they had an additional bridesmaid to bring to the wedding - they had a beautiful sweet baby girl!! This is the story of their day in pictures! The ladies all enjoyed a morning of bridal prep at Cantley House…

Jack and his groomsmen arrived in a flash limo - starting the celebrations in style! Alice had these beautiful personalised cufflinks made for him.

The Ceremony was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The team from Forever and a Day Events did a superb job with the decor and their cherry blossom trees always make a room look properly dressed! Jack may be a tough dude but he was extremely emotional and teary when he saw his beautiful bride walking down the aisle - it was an extremely touching ceremony and had been a long time in coming!

After a touching (and teary) ceremony, the guests were treated to delicious canapés and cocktails on the lawns outside the hotel where we did the group and family photos. Our drone is always well loved by one and all as we can get lots of lovely aerials - the men love a flying gadget and the ladies love the fact the aerial angle is very flattering - no double chins!!

And then we snuck off with the bride and groom for our own little creative shoot with them in the nearby meadows! We never like to take them away from their guests for more than 15-20 minutes, but at the same time, if they like to stay and play with us, we LOVE this special time of the day - they can just relax and enjoy each other’s company and we can capture some beautiful natural portraits. These two had the pleasure of a couple of Alpacas come and join them for pictures! in the words of Alice “who doesn’t want Alpacas at your wedding?!”

Cantley House Hotel is such a lovely relaxed venue for your wedding day and the staff are just amazing - Jack and Alice’s reception was held in the Barn - they chose to have a sweetheart table just for the two of them to soak in the atmosphere of all their loved ones surrounding them!
